Our Service: ScanTrakk, Inc. is a service provider and offers web-based and mobile applications for attendance tracking. Our “Clients” – a customer who contracts us to offer use of a system to import registration data, multiple session / event data, and download a mobile application that works with a smartphone or barcode scanning device to generate web based reports and downloadable scan data.
Information Collection and Use: On behalf of its Clients, ScanTrakk, Inc. may host personal information from uploaded by “clients” such as name, e-mail, address, city, state / province, zip code or postal and any additional custom fields created by “client” and uploaded.
ScanTrakk, Inc. will not use Attendee or Client information for any secondary communication unless authorized by the Client, nor will ScanTrakk, Inc. share, disclose, rent, sell or publish any personally identifiable information we collect with any unauthorized third party. All the information we receive is kept private, including names, contact information, and any custom fields created by “client”.
All Attendee information imported in the application is owned by the event organizer, who is a Client of ScanTrakk, Inc. The Client, not ScanTrakk, Inc. is responsible for what information is collected and uploaded to the website. While ScanTrakk, Inc. provides and maintains the secure storage of all information collected from the “client”, we have no ownership of the data.

Communications from the Site: Based on the personally identifiable information Attendees and Clients provide, we will respond to inquiries in order to provide the services requested, and to manage accounts. We will communicate with “clients”, by e-mail or telephone, in accordance with their wishes.
If you choose to use our referral service (“Share This Website”) to tell a friend or associate about ScanTrakk, Inc. we will ask you for your friend’s or associate’s name and e-mail address. Your friend or associate will automatically receive a one-time e-mail, inviting him or her to visit ScanTrakk.com with a link to our site. ScanTrakk, Inc. does not store this information. The information collected is for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail to visit our site.
Log Files: ScanTrakk, Inc. collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This data does not identify a Client.
